The $31 per person meal includes roasted tofu, cauliflower mashed potatoes, winter vegetables cooked in sage pesto and vinaigrette, and cornbread with maple butter. For dessert, there’s a sweet potato pumpkin pie topped with whipped coconut cream. Meals must be ordered by Monday, November 25, for pick up on Wednesday, November 27 (the day before Thanksgiving). This is also a good option for gluten-free diners.

Safta is back to making pies—and it won’t stop with Turkey Day. The offerings, which are available through Christmas, include an Apple Baharat pie (an Israeli twist on a classic apple pie featuring a Middle Eastern spice blend), an heirloom pumpkin pie, a sweet potato pie (each for $25) and a bourbon pecan pie ($30). The team at Western Daughters spends a lot of time thinking about where they source their meat. And while this butcher is best known for beef, the turkeys it’s supplying this Thanksgiving will meet the same high standard. Raised on Good Shepherd Poultry Ranch in Kansas, the turkeys, which are being sold for $75, are pasture-raised, rich with flavor, and free of antibiotics, hormones, and GMOs.

There is an option for 4 to 6 diners ($200) and another for 8 to 10 ($275). All meals come with instructions on how to cook the turkey in one’s own kitchen. Each meal also comes with several sides, including cranberry sauce, green bean casserole, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes as well as a choice of pie. With options like maple bourbon pumpkin, salted caramel pecan, or apple pie, the choice will likely be a hard one.

Those looking to sweeten up their Thanksgiving table should look to this retro-style diner. Steuben’s is offering house made ice cream pies for pre-order at both the Uptown and Arvada locations. The choices: a Thanksgiving pumpkin ice cream pie with toasted meringue and a graham cracker crust and a peanut butter ice cream pie with chocolate ganache and an Oreo crust. Both pies are $28 each and available to order until November 24.
